"Cheryl and team helped us buy a home during a very wild seller’s market. It was an emotional ride but they worked with us closely and endlessly to make sure we were happy with the house we ultimately purchased. They also provided us contacts for various trusted home improvement professionals. Thank you!"

"We can’t say enough about The Welcome Home Team! They’ve sold 2 homes now and have exceeded our expectations at every step in the process. Doug and Cheryl are personable and professional. I’d highly recommend working with them to sell your next home."

"Cheryl and Doug helped me navigate the insane housing market of early 2022. As a first time home buyer, I was also an indecisive pain in the butt! I was able to secure the first property I wanted, and The Welcome Home Team made the process extremely simple and painless. I would recommend anyone who reads this to get them on your team!!"

"There is a reason we are repeat customers. These guys do a great job. Every time. As real estate investors, we are able to get everything we need from The Welcome Home Team. Doug was great with market analysis and helping us to make to best decision. They were also very helpful in working with our lender and deferred exchange agent. Thanks guys!"

"The Welcome Home Team helped us find our perfect home. Cheryl’s advice and support was invaluable. Cheryl was always available, friendly, and knowledgeable. We could not have done it without her. The Welcome Home Team was wonderful to work with."

"The Welcome Home Team is without a doubt the best realtor team in Atlanta. They go the extra mile regardless of your price point, provide excellent guidance and make the process seamless. I have worked with them on both on my own property purchases and sells as well as used them to provide community tours and buyer/renter services for potential hires coming in from out of state. They have been an excellent resource in helping to see the city and housing options, both sales and rentals."

"Once in a blue moon, you run into a person or a team who REALLY knows their stuff, cares passionately about their profession, and cares enough for their clients to bring it all to the table! In the real estate industry, many are working to make a “piece of the pie,” but few have a deep understanding of the whole process. Doug and Cheryl Graves are INCREDIBLE. They understand their individual strengths and, as such, make an incredibly complementary team. They know the market, understand what drives it, and know how to counsel well in what you need to do to get your house prepped for top-dollar sale. Finally, they know how to make the process smooth and quick, all while successfully working toward top-dollar sales price. They’re also excellent at helping to navigate the tricky market situation where multiple bids are thrown at any one home. They’re excellent at knowing how to help you win the bid! We’ve bought and sold homes with The Welcome Home Team three times now, and we’d work with them 100 more times if we still lived in the area. I highly recommend The Welcome Home Team!"

"The Welcome Home Team were exceptional partners in selling my house - I truly couldn’t have managed it without them. Their deep market experience; guidance throughout a renovation process to prepare for selling; and the time they spent answering my questions and walking through every scenario along the way instilled so much trust and confidence. They are best in class and work hard for their clients. I can’t recommend them enough!"

"Recently purchased a home with The Welcome Home Team. Cheryl and Doug quickly got me up to speed after getting an idea of what I was looking for. They were very quick to respond and able to guide us through the market with an incredibly high turnover. Answered all questions, gave reasonable expectations and continues to be awesome to work with with respect to offering connections for plumbing, contractors and the like. Would absolutely recommend to any of my friends moving to the area."

"The sole reason we were able to purchase our new home in this challenging market was Cheryl Graves. We engaged Cheryl on a Monday and were under contract by the following Monday evening. She helped us define our search, understand realistically the rigors of the market, and find a mortgage company that turn things around quickly. As a first-time home buyer she patiently coached me, explaining terms, conditions and the process all the while honoring my preferences and helping me hone in my desires. Though I could not make a cash offer, we competed with those who did and one. When Cheryl comes to the table she brings an air of grace, integrity, and a wealth of experience. The Welcome Home Team she and her husband lead have an incredible reputation in Atlanta. When they are part of a negotiation, people listen, trust, and act quickly. We could not be more pleased with the experience we had. We have recommended The Welcome Home Team, and Cheryl specifically too many and will continue to do so."

"From start to finish, Cheryl and Doug went the extra mile to make our experience as smooth as possible. In an intensely competitive market, they were with us 110%, every step of the way. We couldn’t have gotten our perfect home without them!!"

"Cheryl and Doug made the process of finding a new home easy in a tough market. This team is highly experienced and client focused. They are highly reliable on commitments made along the entire continuum of home search, contract offer, mortgage financing referrals, coordination of home inspection and repairs, and closing the deal. If hunting for a home in metro Atlanta, I recommend that you engage this team of professionals."

"The team is fantastic. Our family needed to relocate from out of state in a less than ideal buying climate. Cheryl and Doug truly went above and beyond in finding homes, helping us understand our options , and how to maximize our offers. We were able to get exactly what we wanted because of their many years of professional experience. They are well connected with all the right people it takes to purchase or sell a home. Engaged, accessible, professional and personable, The Welcome Home Team is will not disappoint!"

"Cheryl & Doug are the most down-to-earth and professional people I have ever met. Their years of experience in the industry helped us make the best choice for our family. Doug’s back around in mortgages/loans helped us also understand that area as well when going to the lenders/Banks to pick our best option. Their network of professionals helped us find several people/companies to chose from for inspectors to movers."

"Doug and Cheryl are two of the easiest, nicest people to work with. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. Our house buying experience was made better because of them. Their team is amazing too. They surround themselves with professionals and they themselves are professionals. You won’t find a better team."

"We have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 with Cheryl and Doug and we would not have it any other way. They made what could have been a very stressful process, very manageable and supported us the whole way. They are great people, awesome to work with, great communicators, honest, savvy, and super knowledgeable about the Atlanta market. We would not make a real estate move with out them! Not only did they help us find our new home (which we LOVE) they helped us find contractors to get some work done, helped get referrals, met contractors, helped with estimates, etc. They are a full service team! We highly recommend them to everyone we meet that says they are in the market. Look no further!"

"I highly recommend working with Doug and Cheryl on your home buying journey! From the moment we met I felt completely confident in their skills. They thoroughly explained every step of the process so we understood exactly what was happening which helped us remain calm and actually enjoy the journey. They have a very strong team of experienced professionals that will get you to the finish line. We’re so thankful for all of the hard work and excited to move into our first home!"

"Doug and Cheryl Graves were excellent partners in helping us find an amazing home. Having moved from the Northeast to Atlanta, we were totally unfamiliar with the area. Doug and Cheryl helped us understand the landscape of the city and allowed us to appreciate with neighborhoods would be best for our family. They were prompt, responsive, and listened to our preferences in order to help us find a home we loved during the crazy housing market. Doug and Cheryl were instrumental in helping us secure the home we wanted without having to overbid or go into lengthy, complicated negotiations. We really liked the fact that Doug blocked off his day to join us for our closing to ensure everything went smoothly. After closing, we did not move into our house for 2 months. During that time, Doug personally would go to our house weekly to ensure everything was working properly and no issues had come up. He would send us video walkthroughs each time he checked on our new home. If he noticed any issues, he was able to have it taken care of directly without us needing to do anything. Doug and Cheryl are very well-connected in the area and were able to recommend excellent contractors to help us with some additions we wanted to make to the home after we purchased it. Ultimately, they are both very professional and a pleasure to work with! We would definitely use them again if we are in the market for a new home in the future!"
